At Troll and Toad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hobby and gaming purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original protective sleeves or packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit, as we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to poor packing.
Ship the Package
Include a copy of your packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked and ship the package to our processing center using a trackable shipping method.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items and confirms they meet our quality standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit within 5-7 business days.
