How do you determine the condition of your cards?
We use a rigorous grading scale ranging from Near Mint (NM) to Played (PL). Near Mint cards show minimal wear from shuffling or handling, while Played cards may show whitening, surface wear, or edge nicks.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Collectible items like TCG singles must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I sell my cards to Troll and Toad?
Absolutely! We have a comprehensive 'Buylist' where you can see the current prices we are paying for singles and bulk. Simply create a sell order on our site and mail your items to us for processing.
